JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We, the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the Philippine

National Police, presently assigned at the Divisoria Police Station, Zamboanga City, do
hereby depose and state THAT:

01. We are among the members of the Philippine National Police who conducted
entrapment operations at Checkpoint located along MCLL Highway, Divisoria, dated
February 17, 2012;

02. That said operation is randomly conducted per advice by the commanding
officer of Police Station 7;

03. That on or about 8:00 p.m of the same date, we received message thru
radio from the Compac stationed at the Integrated Bus Terminal (IBT), requesting for
the apprehension of a certain tricycle colour bearing plate no. HA 123, for an alleged
robbery;

04. That the driver together with his companions (later known tobe Radiel
Rad Duazo and Louie Pot) took an unconscionable amount as payment for their tricycle
trip from their passengers;

05. That a that few minutes upon learning of the said request, we cited the
above-described vehicle approaching the checkpoint:
06. That we signaled the driver of the said tricycle to stop for
inspection (later known to be Ronaldo Dolfo);

07. Suspect together with the seized and recovered evidence was brought
to the ___________________________________, ____________, ___________ for
booking and proper disposition. Likewise, the arrested person was apprised of their
rights as provided for under the Constitution of the Philippines.

08. The report of the PNP Crime Laboratory Group Physical Identification
Report No. ___________ dated __________, revealed that suspect
______________________ was POSITIVE for the presence of Bright Yellow Ultraviolet
Fluorescent powder on both palm and right dorsal portion of the hands.
 We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against
