I. CONCRETE POEM
Invisible
ever so ignored
extremely trapped
treed, lone, unfree
Alone I stand, silently
Ever invisible to those around
No matter what I do and speak aloud
ignored by many is my solemn fate
I shout and cried but still unheard
I waved my arms still, nobody recognized my plead
I’m trapped inside this lonely and tormented world
all lonely lost, neglected, solitary, unnoticed
all forgotten ever so forgotten, when will this end?
Been longing for someone to notice my existence
to sight the agony that I’m going through
but day by day, I’m cast aside, ignored by all
I wonder what I have done, do deserve such a
cruel, tormenting, brutal and ferocious fate
dejected, lonely, solitary, irrecoverable
Oh! to be a lone ghost in a crowded world
a soul that no one can relate, symphatize
neglected, dejected, treed, unnoticed
But still I stand, and I still try
to break through the concrete
and ever deafening walls
perhaps one day I know
the perfect time will
come for someone to
notice and end this
misery of being a
lonely existence
ever so lonesome
neglected, dejected, unnoticed
solitary, irrecoverable, unfree
treed, unnoticed, irrecoverable
lost, solitary, irrecoverable
lonely extremely lonely
till Im saved.
