Rules and guidelines for cooking wihtout fire:

1. Per team consists of Max. 4 members (Parents only / parent and kid / only kids)

2. All the required Raw materials should be carried by your own. (vegetables, knife, scrapper,
peeler etc)

3. Readymade decorative / non - edible items are strictly not allowed.

4.Already cooked food, mild heating by any method will not be allowed.

5. Duration: 30 mins

( Min 2, Max 4 dishes with an innotive vegetable carving adds additional score,

one Beverage is allowed)

6.No Prior preparation is allowed.

7. Participants should maintain cleanliness by all means with their raw materials/ prepared food
items should be Neat.

8. Paticipants need to report before 15 mins before the competition starts.

Criterias for the Competition:

1. Age - No Limit

2. Judging will be based on:

* Use of secret (Healthy) Ingredient

* Originality

* Taste

* Oral Presentation

* Visual Presentation
3. Added values:

* Flavours

* no. of Ingredients

* Nutritional Value

* Hygienic/Cleanliness
