Note: foam or blue fabric tape must be used. Zip ties can’t be diretly applied to tubes. Feeder (tubes) Fiber cable 1 (tubes) Fibre cable 2 (tubes) - 100” or 105” cable must be opened. - Start placing the tubes from inside to outside, always starting with the feeder tubes followed by cable 1, 2, 3... Leaving them in different groups. = Wrap the tubes with foam or fabric tape before place any zipties. = Feeder tubes goes straight to next tray, while other cables must give a full turn. For terminal feeders a loop can be added. - IN side of feeder always on the left and OUT side of feeder always goes on the right. - Left tubes on this tray will appear on right side of next trays and right tubes on this tray will appear on left side of next trays. - Other tubes always on the right side and will appear on the left side of next tray. TRAY for SPLITTERS and §f tplicing for any JSO branch ~ Splitter OUT fibers, leaves the splitter, gives a full turn and goes out to next trays. - One large transportation tube must be used to transport all needed fibers | from all splitters to each tray (each | cable). Splitter IN fibers, gives a turn and | half. - Feeder fibers, when opening 100” | cable fibers must give exactly 1 turn and half. - Feeder fibers to splice, must be measured and broken after first loop. = Store the broken OUT side of the fibers. - Start placing fibers and trays from top to bottom. Splitter Splitter “if Cable fibers tubes IN = Splitter and tube fibers, one turn and half. Measure fibers and break them with correct size. Remenber to always keep the fibers labelled accordingly. - Start placing fibers and splitters from TOP to BOTTOM. = Not in use fibers must be stored and held in place with a help of a splicing protector. - When to splice more than 80F per cable, leave the first 6 tubes in one tray and take the rest to next tray.
