Violation of any of these following guidelines shall attract disciplinary/legal actions. The DSW/CW/Security Officer and their teams are authorized to check the credentials of the students during the SUKOON-2023. The Security Officer is also authorized to forward the cases to police that attract legal actions 4. Consuming/possessing banned substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) are strictly prohibited inside the Campus. 2. Sexual harassment or any untoward acts towards woman shall attract legal actions as per the law. 3. Verbal physical aggression or violent behaviour with students/ staff’ any others attracts strict legal action 4. During the SUKOON Fest, 2023 two gates will be operated for entry and exit and entry will be allowed to outsiders only after obtaining the Security clearance at the main gate. 5. Outsiders/ Alumni will be allowed during SUKOON period only with the clearance from security after physical authentic reference obtained from current regular student/ staff at the Main Gate (Only two references are allowed per Student/Staff) 6. Alumni who do not have reference from the present student or any faculty staff shall produce not only the present identity card of any institution’ organization that they belong to, but also a proof of their being an Alumnus of University of Hyderabad. They are advised send prior request to the DSW Office to the email: dsw-office@uohyd.ac.in 7. Any unacceptable behaviour by the outsider referred by regular student will be the responsibility of the regular student, who referred the outsider and will be viewed seriously and strict action will be taken against them. The university will not take the responsibility for the police action initiated against such individuals 8. The sound limit in decibels during SUKOON programme for all the three days shall be within the permitted limits and all the programmes shall be closed before 02.00 a.m. during the SUKOON Fest, 2023. 9.
