MOTION TO WITHDRAW CASH BOND

COMES NOW undersigned movant/bondsman, and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully alleges:

That the undersigned movant/bondsman filed a cash bond in the amount of THIRTY SIX
THOUSAND PESOS (Php36,000.00) deposited in the Office of the Clerk of Court – South
District, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya under Official Receipt No. 123456 dated March 11, 2020
for the provisional liberty of respondent BBB, a copy of which is hereto attached as ANNEX
“A”.

That the case against the above-named respondent was already DISMISSED as per
ORDER of the Honorable Office of the Prosecutor dated July 17, 2020, a copy of which is hereto
attached as ANNEX “B”;

That considering that the case against the above-named respondent was already
dismissed, his cash bond should likewise be released.

WHEREFOR, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed unto the Honorable Court to

allow movant/bondsman to withdraw the cash bond in the amount of THIRTY SIX THOUSAND
PESOS (Php36,000.00) which she deposited for the provisional liberty of respondent BBB on
the aforementioned ground.
