Organization, organization, organization! It is important to organize your reports for

it to be formal, and to give a more positive impression to the written work.
Certainly, you have a lot of information to express and to share, but you must
organize it. A cluttered mess can make it harder to read and just creates a mess.
Which is why you should outline! Outlining is a systematic list that shows the main
features that you want the reader to read. By writing outlining, you can prepare
the structure of your written work, the main and supporting ideas are made clear
to the reader and it makes it easier to know the relevancy of the text regarding
the entire text! Simply, doing outlining makes your work very organized and easier
to read and understand the main texts.
