Cellphone or No cellphone?

Education is evolving and modern learning methods incorporate technology. This will
improve learning methods and approaches even more. But what if this fantastic plan is
misinterpreted?

Although technology has a lot to offer in terms of teaching and learning, most students
typically don't understand it. Every time a student uses a device, learning should be
acknowledged; there should be a goal or set of abilities they are gaining.

However, some students continue to use their smart phones for entertainment in the
classroom. When used for academic purposes, cellphones can be a valuable learning tool, but
since they are also the students' personal property, teachers have no control over what
applications should be downloaded to them. Because of this, the local school board produced a
tablet that exclusively allows access to instructional software and supports education.

The use of technology in education has a bright future, but students must be disciplined
when using their personal devices, especially in the classroom and during class time.
