This Policy protects Marriott and its associates from violating the antitrust laws by:
+ Prohibiting entering into an agreement with another hotel company, a franchisee, a management
company, or an owner that reduces competition in any market Marriott operates in, including the procurement
and labor markets; and
+ Prohibiting sharing, soli
ing, or receiving competitively sensitive information from our competitors,
including other hotel companies, franchisees, management companies, or owners.
