We will add value to your property by
completing any light refurbishment
works (if required & with your
permission) in order to appeal to our
high clientele. This can include
decorating, re-carpeting and adding
unique feature walls.
HOUSEKEEPING
Unlike a normal tenant where they
are likely to only get your property
professionally cleaned at the start and
end of the tenancy, we will arrange
for it to be cleaned every week by our
cleaning team. They will also carry out
property inspections to ensure any
maintenance items are picked up and
addressed so that your property is
maintained to a show home
condition at all times.
MAINTENANCE
Our team will take care of the day-to-
day maintenance and will cover any
repairs required up to the value of
£200, so you do not need to be out of
pocket if a door handle is loose or if
the toilet doesn't flush!

FAQ
WHO WILL BE STAYING IN MY PROPERTY?
Our typical guests are corporate
professionals and we work with local
companies to provide their employees with
a secondary accommodation who would
rather stay in a spacious private apartment
than a hotel. For example, if your company
arranged training in another city, they
would approach a company like ours to
house their staff as it will have all of the
amenities and will be more cost effective
than a hotel. Additionally, we vet all of our
guests, carry out ID checks and take security
deposits.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY PROPERTY WILL NOT BE
DAMAGED AND IF IT IS, WILL YOU TAKE CARE OF
IT?
Your property is essentially our shop
window, so we will make sure it is looking
like a show home at all times. We have a
housekeeper who will carry out a deep
clean after every guest visit and will carry
out a property inspection at the same time
to check for any damage and wear and
tear. On the very odd occasion there is
damage, we have the correct insurance in
place to cover this and guests pay a
deposit which we can claim for any
damages against. Also when tenant is
living in your property, what’s not to say
they won’t damage it? We are able to
eliminate this via our weekly inspections.
You’re welcome to visit your property at
any time, assuming there are no guests, so
you can check it to make sure it is being
looked after.
HOW CAN I TRUST YOU?
We have 8 years of experience working
in the property industry, both in lettings
& residential development, meaning we
understand the market well. Having
achieved the Level 3 Award in Residential
Letting & Property Management, we
have a profound understanding of laws
in safely managing tenancies and other
types of accommodation contract.
Additionally, our first-hand experience
dealing with investor landlords means
we know how to build great long-lasting
relationships and provide an exceptional
service to all.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T PAY THE RENT?
Landlords are our key supplier. We
cannot and will not let standards drop or
allow poor relations with our major
suppliers or gain a reputation as an
untrustworthy company therefore, we
pay the rent on time and behave as
excellent tenants. In the instance we
don't pay, you are able to remove us from
your property within a week without any
hassle. Unlike a normal AST where it can
take months and be expensive to evict a
tenant, we will not have the same rights.
WHY WILL MY PROPERTY BE KEPT IN BETTER
CONDITION WITH YOU THAN WITH A PRIVATE
TENANT?
As part of our service, all Libero Living
apartments are professionally cleaned
and serviced by us as standard every
week (even with long term bookings, or
where clients are happy to clean
themselves, we insist on cleaning weekly
and this way we can inspect the property
and ensure standards never drop). In
addition to this, any maintenance issues
are attended to immediately by our
maintenance team, which results in the
properties being looked after better than
private tenants. Due to the level of service
that we promise to our clients, we even
stipulate in the contract that we will
return your property in the same or if not
better condition than it was given to us
in.
