Pricing Structure & Pay-out Routine
Butler Malaysia’s management fee is 25% from the received rental/revenue fee after deduction of all
operation cost. We have a details breakdown in the next page

At the end of every month, we will total up all rentals collected, deduct operation cost and our
management fees.

After that, Butler Malaysia will deposit the balance within 15 working days counting from the last day of
every month to owner’s bank account. Owner shall also receive sales summary and account summary
every month from Butler Malaysia.

In another way of saying, we will only make money when you make money =)

How is pricing determined?
Pricing shall be adjusted higher or lower on Butler’s discretion with the aim to maximize profit
and occupancy

Once of the many tools we employ to help you maximize revenue is a sophisticated
dynamic pricing algorithm that pulls from multiple data points. Our algorithm continually
updates your listing to find the optimal balance between nightly price and occupancy rate.

We ensure the pricing of all time is competitive to maximize the profit for every party. Smart

What if the house is damaged by guest?
We care about you other than just making money, therefore the property are covered with
2 types of Host Protection Insurance:

1) From Airbnb: Protection of liability insurance of up to 1million USD to protect against third
party claims for personal injury or property damage (FREE)

2) From Third Party Insurance Company: Protection of liability insurance of up to 50,000 MYR
per incident/case and protection to content and damages up to 30,000 MYR per annual

Others In the event owner would like to stay in the apartment, the owner agrees to inform
the management service ideally 3 days before so we are able to block the
calendar.

Should the calendar is blocked for other guests who will be staying; the
management service will not cancel the guests booking to ensure our reputation in
the home sharing community is intact.
