1. Our missions : Protect Homes and companies

Our mission is to provide the senegalese population with th greatest possible


protection in terms of the security of information systems and the appropriate
equipment

Protect Homes : Home Security is very important whether it is when
customer are in their homes or not. Our systems adapt to all possible
scenarios. In order to meet security needs, we program security system
according to the lifestyle of applicants. The night, day and full arming
modes will optimize property security. A range of product avialable will
meet all desired levels of security, contact, motion, detecttors, smoke
dectectors and many ohters.
Protect Company : for professional premises, our commpany offers
dedicated and efficient product. We are there to advise and guide
customer to their needs and the strcuctures to be protected
4. Target a Customer : Sonatel, UAHB, Fann University Hospital center
5. Brief description of comptitor : ECOTEL is the leader and we are
chalenging

IV- Sells and Marketing Plan


1. Price strategy

To attract a new Customer, i propose a good brand of my Customer and all of


them can pay a first price, the rest can be payed by steak each months. It means
if the customers aren’t able to give the total, we will mitigate to make easy the
business.

2. Channels of distribution

For our Product, to facilitate our costumer to get our services, here, we have
two aways to do the distribution :
 Physically : the customer will come to our company, meet the
commercial director and the staff and make your request
 Virtually : you log into our site, fill out the information to request. If
there are any problems, we will call you for further clarification. And after
your request will be processed.
If we agree about price and service, we go there and install everthing that he
needs.
3. Promotion plan

We will use a social média and tv because now, many people use a smartphone
and they can see it easly and perhpas they will do place an order. Social media
cost a less than others

2. Employment description
VI- Operation Plan
1. Location : My business is located to Gueule Tapee near the
Elisabeth Diouf Center. We rent a building which can find 3 rooms.
In each room, we have 12 squares meters. We have one woman
who is our cleaner and she works at 08h until 09h and she comes
back home.
2. Staffing : in this part, we give the name of every working on the
compain and the role of each person :
 The general manager and human ressource director,
Younoussa MFOOUNGOULIE who does the
recrutments and determines the salary.
 The assit of human ressource director et the general
manager : her role is take physical and telephone
reception. Writing emails, letters or meeting report.
 The commercial director defines, animates and
supervises a commercail stratetgy in order of the
company to increase the turnover
 The sale assistant who helps the Customer to place an
order and to suggest the customer
 The chief accountant must ensure the proper
maintenace of the company’s books of accounts,
which reflect the exact picture of the campany’s
acoounts at a given time
 Four computers engineers : the role consists of solving
concrete technological problem linked to the design,
implementation of product, systems or services.
 Five trainees : their role is to put into practice what
they have learned.
 Our cleaner who cleans our office.
3. Equipment : We have (15) computers all Mac and five (5) printers.
We bough them in cash payment for 800 000. We got 04 cars for 7
millions.
4. Supplier : we have two suppliers who deliver our equipments
which come in china :
 Huawei for the equipment of technology
 BYD company for cars
