REFERRAL FEE POLICY

Universal Serviced Offices (USO)
• Receive 10% of the lease agreement value up to 12 months for each referral.
• No referral fee for multiple year lease (beyond 1st 12 months), lease renewal or office expansion.
• We shall accept the first official referral received in the event two or more entities refer a prospect, unless instructed otherwise by the client.
• Referral fees paid within 30 days of the effective date of the signed lease agreement.
