I. RATIONALE
Planning and organizing for an event is never easy, there are lots of things to
consider such as the location or venue, the catering, and the theme of the event.
Aesthetic Four is a company that offers variety of services for your event planning and
organization. Services offered are venue suggestions, theme and decor ideas, caterings
and program flow. Given with its reasonable price, one can have an ideal and memorable
event of their life.
With these services, the customers will not feel any hassle about planning
their desired events, worry-free in a friendly price. The proponent; because of his
passion and hobby of conceptualizing themes for events, decided to create a company
that offers services as mentioned above since people nowadays are fond of celebrating
different life events. The concept of this business is creating a memorable event for
everyone by providing a good and friendly service with a touch of art and love.
II. SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTHS
Financial Strengths: The owner already has enough budgets to fund the business.
Services: Hassle free and wallet friendly services with incentives are offered.
Internal Strengths:
* Communicational approach of the organizers to the customers and clients is polite and
approachable.
* Business owners have sufficient knowledge and passion with the kind of business they
developed.
WEAKNESSES
Manpower: It is difficult for the owner to find compatible partners for the different
services such as the caterers, suppliers for the materials needed in decorations, and a
venue or location provider.
Advertisement and Identity: Since the business had just started, the owner find it
difficult to advertise their services and create their own identity in the business industry.
Pricing: It is quite hard for the owner to create a price that will suite the financial
capability of the client and at the same time will cover the needs to create an ideal event.
OPPORTUNITIES
* Seasonal occasion like wedding season during month of June, school promenade
season during February, graduation and moving up rites during March, and other
occasions such as debut, birthdays, christening, and a lot more.
* With the use of innovation and timely ideas, technology, and other materials,
advertising the business and services offered by the company will be fast-spreading.
THREATS
* There are other businesses that offer the same services that give chance to competition.

Owner's Equity
Aesthetic Four's main goal is to provide high quality service with excellent
client satisfaction. Surely, clients will find convenience to where the business is
located. Our services will provide a relaxing ambiance to our clients when they
step inside our office and have reservations, for we are going to take over the
stress that planning and organizing an event might bring them. It also offers
reasonably price services with an ideal outcome.
The main way of promoting this business would be through social media. We
will create a Facebook page, a website and a YouTube channel in order to relay
the information to the public of what this business could offer. Considering that
in this kind of business, it would really give idea to the public about the
innovative way of celebrating once in a lifetime events. The proponents or
company are confident that this would be the best way for the business to
negotiate with their customers’ wants and needs.
Giving flyers and some printed advertisements is also a way of promoting the
services that our company offers. This will be done before the opening and
during the operation of the business. After the client had scheduled for a
reservation, we will provide them with a souvenir that could motivate them to
advertise our business as well.

maintaining the level of excellence in every services among other competitors, make every
event of the client as a memorable and unforgettable experience, express and let out arts in
every event that the company will organize, and to maintain a friendly, fair, and creative
work environment amongst business partners and clients or customers.
Vision: The vision of Aesthetic Four is to generate satisfaction and trust-worthy service for
every valued client, maintain a sustainable and sufficient income generating business that's
open for partnerships and promote arts through event planning business.
The business will offer services that are familiar to everyone, they decide and we
provide. Clients are the very vital part in establishing this kind of a business. Being biased
must be avoided in the business because the business’ sole intention is to see one's dream
People who have always wanted to try something new will be contented herein. The
services offered will show authenticity. Our services will be introduced and served to our
clients with its uniqueness that will make them ask for more. For instance, the debut with a
concept starry night, where the motif will be in midnight blue color with a touch of gold and
silver, the venue will be in a garden decorated with many lights of different sizes (mostly
small) and with elegance the debutant will dance along those lights like she's dancing with
the stars. Filipinos are a natural appreciative when it comes to view or scenery of different
aesthetic and naturally a lover of photos such as selfies so the idea of organizing an event
with such theme will be patronized by the potential clients, but in order for the business to
outstand its competitor, the owners plan to add something that such as freebies and
incentives after reaching a particular quota in a service. In terms of prices, each service
renders cheaper value which will be based on the service specification, for example,
Christening.
The persons included in this organization serves as the owners of the business. They
will be the one to provide the capital for the entity and the ideas of establishing this
business.
