megacity. In this city, people often need to shift their place for many reasons and they always
create extra hassle to shifting their shelter and office place. Searching new place is time-
consuming and it also needs extra money. Moreover, in our city people on fixed salaries, such as
the middle and lower-middle classes, are suffering. Households in the city are struggling to deal
with the real-world challenge of house rent.

To address this issue, we created Rental Expert, an online space rental platform. Retail
expert is an online rental service platform where customers may locate office spaces, residences,
and other types of rental properties. Customers can select from a range of options spaces based
on their interests, money, and other factors. Our customer can book their desire house and also
post ad their place for renting. Our website will help you save time and money. As a result, five
of our partners have decided to start a housing service provider company at a reduced cost in
profitable markets around the world.

important for us. Our business involves computers, the internet, smartphones, software etc. It
will help us and our users to get better service, sustainability, and efficiency.

Environmental Factor: our business being an online-based space rental service business, is
more likely to be an eco-friendly projectWe will limit our electricity usage, go paperless and it
will be mandatory for employees to have a desk plant. We also opted to use recyclable products
in our office. So, we can proudly say that our company will be eco-friendly for the country and
the world.
