MANPOWER SUPPLY SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Supply Agreement (“The Agreement”) is made on [Date]

between

[Company name ABC]. private limited incorporated in Malaysia with [Company no. of ABC company]
having its principal address at [Address of ABC company] (hereinafter called “THE CONSULTANT”) of the
one part.

and

[Company XYZ] (specializes in security services only) private limited incorporated in Malaysia [Company
no. of XYZ company] having its principal address at [Address of XYZ company] (hereinafter called “THE
COMPANY”) of the other part.

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:-

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 THE CONSULTANT is the only organization authorized to fulfill quota/ approval by
Ministry of Home Affairs given to THE COMPANY and shall supply the manpower from
Nepal/ Bangladesh required by THE COMPANY according to the numbers of approved
quota.
1.2 The services of THE CONSULTANT shall be to source, recruit and supply to THE COMPANY
including preparation of a complete travel document papers for approval by Nepal/
Bangladesh Labor and Employment Department, Department of Foreign Affairs, and/ or
other government agencies in Nepal and Malaysia, concerned with overseas recruitment
of Nepalese/ Bangladeshi workers, to secure necessary security clearance, valid passports
and travel clearance and assist in the scheduling and ticketing as and when required by
THE COMPANY.
1.3 THE COMPANY shall authorize THE CONSULTANT as its agent/representative in Nepal/
Bangladesh and Malaysia in all matters involving the recruitment and hiring of Nepalese
workers for its company.

2. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT

2.1 THE COMPANY shall be solely responsible for the cost of securing visas and/or work
permits and air ticket for the accepted workers including the following:-
2.1.1 Fomema
2.1.2 Insurance
2.1.3 Levy
2.2 Payment for one (1) way air ticket (Kathmandu/ Bangladesh to Kuala Lumpur) for the
arrival purpose will be borne by THE COMPANY.
2.3 Air ticket price is subject to the current market price.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

3.1 Payment for Fomema, insurance, levy and other related expenses for workers’ valid travel
documents and/ or working permit are solely THE COMPANY’s responsibility upon arrival
in Malaysia until the completion of service.
3.2 THE COMPANY is responsible to provide accommodation in acceptable distance from the
workplace.
3.3 If the accommodation is not in acceptable distance from the workplace, THE COMPANY
is responsible to provide transportation for workers.
3.4 It is sole responsibility of THE COMPANY to look after the welfare of the accepted workers
including case of death and/ or repatriation.
3.5 It is understood that any problem that may arise or incur by the worker(s) such as but not
limited to accommodation, delayed and/or non-payment of salary and overtime pay of
workers and other factors beyond the control of THE CONSULTANT shall be the sole
responsibility of THE COMPANY.
3.6 THE COMPANY is responsible to pay for return air ticket (Kuala Lumpur to Kathmandu/
Bangladesh) upon completion of three (3) years of service or more.

4. SERVICE FEE

4.1 Service fee of MYR 650.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Hundred Fifty Only) per person is to be
borne by THE COMPANY
