Haryana, on our behalf hereby authorize, nominate and appoint Mr. Rakesh Singh, Project
Manager hereinafter referred to as ("the Attorney") as true and lawful Attorney for C & C
Constructions Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as Company") in our name and on our behalf, with

full power and authority to do all acts, deeds and things as hereinafter mentioned in respect
Company's project UConstruction of Indian Aviation Academy & Hostel Block at Vasant Kunj,
New Delhi" awarded by Airports Authority of India (AAI):

1. To receive day to day instructions & site orders from AAI.

2. To sign all correspondence with AAI pertaining to this project.

3. To sign MBs, Running Accounts Bills, Level Sheets and Measurement Book in
connection with the said project.

4. To Liaison with all Government and other authorities in connection with the said
project.

5. To act and represent the Company as legal representative on all matters before
competent authorities in connection with the said project.

And the Company hereby agrees that all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by the said
Attorney by virtue of the powers hereby given to him shall be construed as acts, deeds and
things done by it and the Company thereby undertake to ratify and confirm whatsoever the said
Attorneys shall do or cause to be done on behalf of the Company.

This Power of Attorney will cease to have effect from the date it is revoked or it will cease to be
operative when the Attorney ceases to be in the employment of the Company.
