Frequency
Monthly agreement with annual Choose this plan when you want to use many waiting rooms during the year or want to run
prepayment a 24/7 visitor peak protected waiting room.

Monthly agreement with quarterly Choose this plan when you want to use many waiting rooms during the year or want to run
payments a 24/7 visitor peak protected waiting room. Includes quarterly payments (first invoice will
cover current plus next quarter). A 10 % fee is added for quarterly payments.

Light subscription A light subscription contains three scheduled waiting rooms (see Scheduled waiting room)
that must be used within 12 months. The price for this subscription is calculated by
multiplying the monthly rate by a 4x factor. There is a two-year initial commitment that will
be covered by the first invoice. If you only commit to one year, a fee or an increased 6x
factor will be applied to the price instead of a 4x factor.

Scheduled waiting room A scheduled waiting rooms is a one-time usage option and priced as 2 times the monthly
subscription and feature(s) fee. Maximum scheduled waiting room duration is 7 calendar
days (168 hours). Can only be purchased one time per year.

Features
24/7 visitor peak protection Enables long running waiting rooms with at peaks visibility mode. By enabling at peaks
visibility mode the waiting room is continuously monitoring your website while acting like
an invisible safety-net. The waiting room activates only when visitor inflow exceeds the
configured Max Outflow.

Invite-only waiting room Enables you to invite known visitors to a private waiting room. With invite-only, you can
generate unique links to the waiting room, and distribute those to known visitors. Only
visitors with a valid link will get access.

Custom theme Enables customization of the visitor interface, including the use of a language selector. The
language selector allows your visitors to select their preferred display language when they
access your waiting room page. The Queue-it logo and link, and the “What is this” link, will
not be removed or changed.

Insights Premium Customizable graphs and dashboards to provide a full overview of your traffic.
Troubleshoot and get alerts for suspicious traffic to strengthen your bots and abuse
strategy.

E-mail notifications Notifies visitors by e-mail when their turn comes. When the E-mail Notifications feature is
selected, visitors can enter their e-mail addresses and Queue-it will send an e-mail with a
link to their place in line. This link can be used from any computer.
Connectors Identifies visitors returned to your website or native app as coming from Queue-it. With
Connectors, the visitor’s unique waiting room ID, place in the waiting room, timestamp and
hash value are passed on to your site or app. The unique waiting room ID can be used to
fetch waiting room information via the Queue-it API. For instance, if the visitor has been
through the queue and how many times the queue visitor session has been used.
Connectors support a range of programming languages and have support for native mobile
apps (iOS and Android).

Bots & abuse management A set of features that mitigates bots and scripts from gaming waiting rooms including
enhanced anomaly detection, GDPR valid CAPTCHA, Proof of Work challenges, tokenized
Visitor Identification Keys and a set of API functions that can be leveraged to make it
difficult for bots and scripts to impact your waiting rooms.

User management Manages new and existing user accounts who administer and access your organization’s
Queue-it account. This means you can now create unique logins for your employees, each
with different accessibility rights through the assigned role on their account.

Notifications & logs Notifies designated user groups by e-mail of any waiting room or account changes made on
the GO Queue-it Platform or waiting room runtime system (e.g., for when a waiting room is
updated). Notifications are arranged in notification groups which can easily be applied to
different waiting rooms. The log feature creates a changelog of all user access and changes
to your GO Queue-it Platform, including account and waiting rooms.

IP address skipping Allows users from specific IP addresses to skip the queue. This feature is relevant if you e.g.,
have a call center, you are a support team member, or an external partner who should be
allowed to access the website when enabling a waiting room – without having to wait in a
waiting room.

White label Allows you to remove Queue-it’s logo, set the waiting room page title and favicon, and/or
modify the “your turn” sound. It is possible to use another fully qualified domain name
(FQDN) than the default (e.g., http://ticketania.queueit.net) to align the visitor experience
with the company’s brand (Example.: http://queue.ticketania.com). One SSL certificate is
included.

API The Queue-it API offers programmatic access to configuring and controlling the waiting
room.

Load test The Load Test feature allows you to move a waiting room or the entire account into a
sandbox environment where the normal scripting protection filters are removed so your
load scripts can run un-interrupted. The sandbox environment is running on an isolated set
of servers, so you don't accidentally crash your own account. Load tests are booked via a
self-service tool in the GO Queue-it Platform.
Restrictions
Max. Nr. of simultaneous waiting Maximum number of active simultaneous waiting rooms in a given timeframe. A waiting
rooms room is active from the configured queue start time to the queue end time as determined
in the GO Queue-it Platform.

Max. outflow speed Maximum outflow speed in visitor sessions transferred to the target site/app per minute.

Max. queue visitor sessions A visitor session where the waiting room is displayed to the visitor and the visitor gets a
number in the waiting room. Max. Queue Visitor Sessions are the maximum included visible
queue-numbers displayed per month. Displayed queue numbers exceeding the maximum
will be charged on a transaction fee basis; reference “Additional queue visitor sessions” for
the selected level.

Max. visitor sessions The maximum included sessions per-month. A visitor session is initiated when the visitor is
protected by a waiting room no matter if the waiting room is displayed to the visitor or not.
Issued visitor sessions exceeding the maximum will be charged on a transaction fee basis;
reference “Additional visitor sessions” for the selected level.

Support service level, Mon-Fri 0-24 Queue-it support response time in hours measured from the time Queue-it support is
GMT contacted by Zendesk ticket (initiated from the GO Queue-it Platform) or e-mail.

Inflow service level Maximum number of visitor sessions allowed to be transferred to Queueit per minute
within any 60 second period. The inflow is mostly dependent on visitors’ behavior; hence,
not 100% under the customer’s control. If a customer expects that the inflow in a given
future timeframe will exceed the maximum inflow level, Queue-it support must be
contacted by Zendesk ticket (initiated from the GO Queue-it Platform) or by e-mail.
