Current Payroll process:
(mid-month and month end)

• Step 1: FT receive and review employees’ timesheets;(all services)


• Step 2: FT request data from HR/TL about absence/new
starters/leavers/OT/bonuses;
• Step 3: FT calculate number of hours worked for each individual;
• Step 4: FT email draft report to the payroll company (P&A);
• Step 5: FT to respond to queries (if any) to P&A;
• Step 6: FT to process payroll;
• Step 7: FT to deal with any queries from employees in regards of payroll;

NB These steps are performed twice a month and take 2 x 10 days of

Why do we need a timekeeping solution?
• Would reduce the risk of manual input errors both for FT and TL;
• Could be used as a tracking solution resuming historical data and help
TL to manage their teams more efficiently;
• Would save time for FAO which could be allocated to another finance
tasks so that the team could perform better;
• Keeps the company in line with the DOLE regulations reducing the
risk of potential unintentional non-compliance with local laws;

! If added to the timekeeping solution, p a y r o l l s e r v i c e would


lead to:

 billing team to produce accurate invoices to customers;


 completeness of the payroll process;
 reduce FTEs questions/queries on payroll.
