Platform access + maintenance + cloud Monthly charges are based on total unique profiles (TUP)
Monthly Charges
0 - 10k members (basic slab) 25,000 Minimum charge
10k - 25k members 25,000 > 25k base, extra member @ Rs. 2/- per month
Consumables 1 Lakh emails 10,000 Purchased in bulk, valid for one year
T&C
Delivery: 40 – 45 business days post PDD approval (after confirmed order & advance)
50% Advance Payments (one time), 25% during PDD sign off, 25% before go-live
Payment Terms:
Monthly payments payable by 10th of every month. System will be hosted/launched after receiving 1st month subscription charges in advance.
Validity: One month from date of quote
Taxes: GST @ 18% applicable. Exports are exempt from taxes.
Invoicing: Invoices with digital signature only shall be sent, and the same shall be construed valid for processing timely payments.
Arokia shall not send any hardcopy, as digitally signed Invoices are both original and legal.
Cancellation: Order once placed cannot be cancelled & No refund will be done under any circumstance.
Content: Any content, pictures, logos if required to complete the application shall be provided by the customer.
Contract: Minimum Contract Period is 1 Year
