In the state of Hidalgo, there is a little town called San Miguel Regla, inside there is
a forest where one of the most important tourist activities is the fishing trout. You
can take your trout and going to a restaurant there in the forest for asking to the
chef if he can cook it like you prefer.
It is prepared with two pieces of bread, this bread in México is well-known like
bolillo, the chef puts much mayonnaise on the bolillo, after this puts five or six little
pieces of fried trout, then much fresh carrot, lettuce, tomato and onion.
If you want to get a spicy flavor, you can put some chilies, in the same dish there
are two boiled corns with lots of lemon juice and not much salt. What do you thing
about this impossible food?
If you ask me... I wouldn´t like seeing it, but I want to teast
it. I don´t like to see the fish, I feel is ugly and dirty, but, I´d
Rose like eating it and enjoying it.
From my point of view, I don´t want to eat it because I prefer the roasted trout with
a salad and fries, the combination between bread and trout is viscose, that
consistency is unpleasant for me. Definitely I wouldn’t eat it.
