The purpose of this article is to talk about my gastronomic habits, how often i eat out or what kind

of food I like to eat when i eat at a restaurant.

I usually eat out once or twice a week, mainly because I like to have a healthy lifestyle, so i try to
prepare my meals at home, with good ingredients and trying to cook has healthy as possible.

The main reason I like eating out is to try new food, food of different cultures. Thats why when I'm
travelling outside Spain I love to try the gastronomy of the country I'm visiting.

The food that I enjoy the most is Italian food, I like everything about the Italian gastronomy, not only
pizza that is my favourite food, but also all the ways the know to prepare a good pasta like
carbonara, Bolognese or pasta with pesto.

I also enjoy Japanese food , most of all sushi , I don't go often to this restaurants but their food is so
tasty, it requires lot of work to do sushi and the ingredients they use have such an amazing quality
that I think that eating at a Japanese restaurant is a really good option to eat healthy when you eat
out.

If I have to recommend a restaurant in my city I think it would be a restaurant called Grosso


Napoletano is not a familiar restaurant, but pizza there is amazing, tasty and you have the option of
request it free gluten, this is a really good point.

In conclusion if I have to choose one type of food i will recommend with no doubt Italian food and if
someone travels to Barcelona remember to visit Grosso Napoletano, one of the best Italian
restaurant I know.
