    I´m writing this mail to tell you about the things that we must do to improve the facilities

    and services of our Center.

    Firstly, I want to congratulate you for the proposal about sending you a report with our
    suggests. We know that our Centre is too old. In addition, it has spent many years
    without updates. The main repairs should be fixing the public toilets, making access for
    disabled people, changing the lighting and installing solar panels.

    On the one hand, it is very important that we have a proper public bathroom, the ones
    we have are broken and old, and we cannot allow that. On the other hand, it is not legal
    to not have an access for people in wheelchairs, so we have to do one. In addition, the
    lighting is not enough, changing it to led light should be considered. Finally, we will be
    more efficient installing solar panels and we will save on electricity consumption.

    To sum up, I would like to ask you to make the repairs as quickly as possible, because
    we need them. I hope that these proposals are useful.
