Which facilities are needed most in your neighbourhood?

Without a doubt both the car park and the sports center are two very
necessary facilities in our neighborhood. Both will contribute to the
improvement of the health and well-being of our neighbors. But the
question is which one is needed more.

To begin with, a car park will improve the day-to-day life of our
residents because most of the houses in the neighborhood are old
buildings that do not have their own garage, so finding parking is a
complete odyssey.

In addition, the workaday of the pedestrians will also enhance. As

there will be more parking areas for the neighbors, vehicles will be
parked properly and those which are parked improperly on the
sidewalk or double-parked will disappear.

On the other hand, having a good sport center near to your home is
always a big advantage. The elderly can find in sport a way to control
their weight and a way to maintain a healthy life, for children and
teenagers sport can be a way of socialization and integration. That is
why it is especially important to have sports equipment in our
neighborhood.

In conclusion, if we compare the pluses for our community from both

facilities, the advantages of a car park would outweigh, in my
opinion, those of a sport center. Although the latter is a necessity to
be dealt with in the near future, the former is indeed needed more at
the moment.
