COMPASS CREWS Self - introduction Sheet

Q1 What moved you to join Shizen Energy Group (SEG)?

My ex Boss in the previous company introduce me to Hirabuki San, at that


time SE need to recruit new employee for this position, after take a couple
times of interview with Hirabuki san and Koga San, then I decided to take this
big opportunity to join with the great crew of SEG. I learn from the SEG
website about renewable energy, i want to know about renewable energy works
in the world, especially in Japan. I even not really understand what renewable
energy is and how big the impact of using it for the nature, community, and for
the world. I want to learn what I can do to contribute more with renewable
energy company.

Q2 Let us know about your specific work content in SEG.

I’m responsible for the technical things related to the civil work with
Engineering Team in Power Generation Department as Civil Engineer for SE.
My main responsibility usually to do site visit before and after the project
ends, to check the drawing from the consultant design / solar development
team before it’s become final drawing. Check the BOQ, report about the site
condition and discuss with PG team if there is any damage or need to be
prevention. And making own design of land development for panel layout,
drainage and access road as a benchmark it self.
Q3 What do you want to accomplish in SEG?

Since joining Civil Engineering Team of SE, I really want to accomplish to be


more contribute and get involved to many project as I can, if possible we can
get many project in Indonesia, especially for the regions that have not received
electricity from the government. Need long time exactly, but that’s not
impossible. There is many big potential natural resources in Indonesia, such
as wind, natural gas, waterfall and of course sunshine. When non natural
resources is getting less because of exploring too much, we should starts soon
before no longer available. When the lights become very meaningful for
everyone in the city, so it should be the same rights for the people who have not
felt the benefits of electricity.

Q4 Tell us about your career.

I started my career in september 2012 at general EPC Company, it’s so related


to what I’m studied before at the University. Because my major is civil
engineering.
 General contractor company, main job is to build a building which
usually for office.(About 2 years, it’s quite good start for new graduates)
 EPC company, last project I involved to build a tunnel for the 1st MRT
project in Jakarta (Indonesia),soon will be operating at April
2019.(About 2 years)
 I use to working in local mechanical and electrical company for fire
fighting in the building system and living in Singapore for about 2
month at the concrete floor specialist company, before im joinig SEG.
Q5 What do you do at weekends?

What I’m doing at the weekend usually just relaxing at the sharehouse, meet
up with my Indonesian Friends, because sometimes getting around in the
peoples with the same language make me little forget about where im living
now (feels like in Indonesia), I also like to cooking (even maybe the taste not so
good) , I’m doing running every Sunday morning, sometimes roam around
Tokyo which I never visit before, and1 more important thing,to get a video call
with my family to say hello.

Q6 What social problem do you think needs to be solved?

It so heartbreaking to know in reality that still many peoples cannot get access
to the electricity, which is very important now. Not only for receiving and
transfering information from the city to the village, but just for only lighting
which is very basic needs for the community.
Other things, education is very important for everyone to facing global
competition, once they get well education they will thinking that we can use
any natural resources to produce something more precious and productive.
Q7 Let us know more about you !
(hobbies, favorite things, family, your background, etc.)

I was born in Cilacap, Central Java. It’s located in the middle of java island
between Surabaya and Jakarta. I have 4 brothers and 3 sisters, I was number
7th. Yeah, I grew up with quite big family, now they already have own family
except me and my younger brother. And of course a lot of cousins. Even my 1 st
cousin of my oldest sisters, already have a baby and she should call me
grandfather.lol
I don’t have any specific hobby but I like to do cycling, singing, playing game
and eating. My fafourite food is Thai food. I also like to explore the nature,
waterfall, beaches, etc.
