Questions:

1. How many council meetings have you attended in your village and why? I regularly attend
board meetings. I can't remember the exact number, but they weren't few. The mayor in our
community convenes meetings regularly once or twice a month. I go to the meeting to know what is
going on in our village and what is being prepared.

2. What are four problems that our village faces and how are you going to solve these problems if
you become a councillor? Our village faces the following shortcomings: to carry out finishing work
after the construction of the sewer, reconstruction of children's sports facilities, lack of water, lack of
lamps of public enlightenment. Finishing work after construction of the sewer is certainly a problem
that must be solved. The remaining material should be taken away so it doesn't lie around the village
unnecessarily. I don't know what the contract looks like with the company that carried out the
construction, but if the cleaning of this material isn't in the contract, then I'd organise some sort of
brigade to get this material out from our village. I would address the reconstruction of children's
sports facilities by allocating more money from the community budget for this purpose. Water
scarcity can't be addressed much from this position, but I'd like to encourage people to do some
saving so they don't waste water unnecessarily. The lack of public lighting lamps is a problem that
must be resolved as soon as possible. Driving home from work alone, I can see that the lights are low
and some elderly people may be afraid at night in the dark or tripping and hurting themselves.

3. Why would you like to become a councillor? I would like to become a councillor because our
village needs a change and I have lots of ideas on how to bring about these changes. I want the
residents in our village to feel good and safe.

4. How do you feel about the reconstruction of bus stops in our community? Of course, the bus
stops need to be reconstructed. They're old now, and there aren't even any lights out there anymore.
A lot of children and pensioners drive from our community to school in the morning and therefore
reconstruction is necessary.

5. What kind of work are you currently doing and would you have to cut it if you became a
councillor? I work as a service technician. I'd probably have to cut back on work in some way,
because I drive to work early in the morning and come back late in the evening. If elected, I'd want to
do the job to the fullest, and there'd have to be an adjustment to my hours at work.
