You must be logged on as a User for which you want to change password.
The guest account will be activated. Now, a user without a user account on
the computer can log on to the computer at the Welcome screen.
o To turn off the guest account, click Turn off the guest account.
The guest account will be deactivated. Now, users without a user account
on the computer will not be able to log on to the computer.
To Create an Administrator User you need to first Login with any Administrator Group
account & follow below steps
Insert the Windows XP startup disk into the floppy disk drive, or insert the Windows XP
CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive, and then restart the computer. Click to select any
options that are required to start the computer from the CD-ROM drive if you are
prompted.
When the "Welcome to Setup" screen appears, press R to start the Recovery Console, If
you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot computer, select the installation that you must
access from the Recovery Console. When you are prompted, type the Administrator
password. If the administrator password is blank, just press ENTER.
For a list of commands that are available in Recovery Console, type recovery console commands or help at the command prompt, and then press
ENTER.
8) Click on Start
9) Click on Control Panel
13) Close the User Accounts window and the Control Panel
14) The next time you reboot your computer, the classic login prompt will be used
