I am going to discuss about what the young can learn from their elders.

It is certainly true that

most mammals learn from their parents what they need in order to survive, for example, cats
teach their kittens how to chase mice, or monkeys learn how to peel fruits by looking at their
mothers while eating. Obviously. not only do we humans learn by sight, but also by hearing
stories about how our antecesors coped with their issues. I will consider two aspects in our
lives where we can take a good advantage of their experience: work and relationships.

As a general rule, experienced people can give you excellent advise about a job, even if work
conditions vary through the years. A businessman could tell a youngster about the long work
hours or how to cope with stress, while a farmer may explain him/her the advantages and
disadvantages of living in the country. It seems to me that this could be the reason why so
many people follow their parents` steps at work.

On the other hand, it goes without saying that we usually seek for advise when we are
troubled with personal issues, such as a dispute with our couple or a fight or disagreement
with one of our Friends. These troubles can be of extraordinary importance for a young
person. Even if he/she chooses not to follow their experienced advisers´ guidance, I
absolutelly think that it could be extremelly helpful for them.

In my personal opinion , although someone´s work experience could be useful for a

youngster, bearing in mind that personal issues are usually the same no matter what
generation you belong to, any advice received in this field would be of greater use for
everybody.
