Stretching, this particular type of action itself is so extricate after doing something. Not
only does stretching makes you flexible, the musculoskeletal system benefits from it too.
Such as the muscle composition, together, the muscles and bones comprise the
musculoskeletal system of the body. It also helps to provide better posture and
structural support for the body. Muscle fibers and muscle groups as such as agonist,
antagonists, synergists and fixators gets buffed. Additionally, Not only the physical
factors of the body gains benefits from stretching, it also increases serotonin levels that
helps stabilize our mood, reduce stress and overall makes us feel good in the
psychological sense. Doing a stretch after feeling something like soreness or stiffness,
makes me feel refreshed or lax. Also it is scientifically proven that stretching in some
ways can relieve stress. I myself see and feel the benefits of it every once in some time
I do this certain action. That feeling of standing for a long time and finally being able to
sit down feeling is quite close to this case in point. Just imagine of having the comfort in
this anywhere, everywhere and anytime you can do this activity as long as there is
space movement, how handy can that be.
