Adverse Action(s)

I Witnessed the General Manager bully a former Employee, by calling her names in spanish, after informing the
Supervisor about the situation, it was completely ignored. Employee ended up quitting due to feeling
Uncomfortable and driving her to a depression state when she would get to work.I then filed a Grievance with
H.R and when they were informed my hours were cut, they demoted me from a shift lead back to a cashier,
after being a shift lead for almost a year. The manager Lorena Gudino and Supervisor Perla were in pursuit of
wanting me to "transffer" to another location, when i refused i got demoted. On the morning of 1/17/2023 i
was running late, and let the G.M know, she told me not to worry about it and that i no longer had a job.when i
went to pick up my last check i was notified from another Employee that she put it down as. "no call no show"
and that i was "non-hirable". and offered to be a witness, and help me anyway she could.
