Please provide a brief summary of the complaint:

AUSA DANA WALSH KUMAR

1. In all of my 22 years of law prac ce, I have never seen such an abusive, wanton display of disregard
for facts, law, and common decency as I have read in AUSA Dana Walsh Kumar’s COMPLAINT TO
OBJECT TO DISCHARGE OR, ALTERNATIVELY, DETERMINE NONDISCHARGEABILITY.

2. Time and me again, AUSA Dana Walsh Kumar resorts to outright lies, falsi es, half‐truths,
defama on, slander, libel, even outright racism, sexism, and discrimina on stemming from what can
only be her own personal insecuri es as she is married to an Indian man named Debashish Kumar and
she, being a white American woman working for the U.S. government, and my wife Sylwia being from
Poland and working in the private sector, as the Law Office Manager of my 22 year old law prac ce.

2a. AUSA Dana Walsh Kumar has con nuously referred to Debtor's Polish wife in a derogatory
manner, presumably because she is also married to an Indian man and can not accept the fact that
Debtor's wife serves as his law firm manager, supervising past staff, managing all billing and accounts,
insurance policies, and hundreds of other tasks for which she was paid an annual salary which was
actually below market rates, but any and all legal, ethical and moral deduc ons and exemp ons Dana
Walsh Kumar objected to, both in wri ng and verbally during hearings and deposi ons ‐ this kind of
blatant racism, sexism, and discrimina on is unacceptable, and colors everything that she writes and
states in her objec ons.

3. We will a empt to point out each and every bit of a orney and government misconduct by AUSA
Dana Walsh Kumar in this Reply Affirma on, but they are so numerous and so rapid‐fire, that we may
have to resort to cut and paste responses as she tends to repeat her lies and decep on throughout
her pleading, o en using the well known lawyer weasel phrase “upon informa on and belief,” when
she knows very well, that the statement accompanying that phrase is outright false, slanderous,
defamatory, libelous, and tor ous.

AUST GREGORY ZIPES

1. Similar to my reac on to AUSA Dana Walsh Kumar’s Complaint to Object to Discharge, my reac on
to AUST Gregory Zipes’ COMPLAINT OBJECTING TO DEBTOR’S DISCHARGE drew a similar reac on of
sickness to my stomach at the bo om‐feeder level of word manipula on, word salad, con‐ar stry and
tongue twister decep on and lies being lobbed about by this man which truly shocks the conscience.
He will also be referred to the DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility for his behavior herein, and
hopefully some scru ny will force this man to work on (and perhaps actually develop) some
semblance of professional ethics, because he is more akin to a shark then a trustee lawyer to help a
Debtor navigate his way out of a thicket and quagmire of bone crushing debt.

2. Similar to AUSA Dana Walsh Kumar, AUST Gregory Zipes relentlessly and rou nely resorts to
outright lies, falsi es, half‐truths, defama on, slander, verbal abuse, mockery, and libel throughout his
a ached (and marked up) pleading.
