Jay, in the notes you invoke TC, so I was expecting another whole level of train wreck which did
not materialize. You got me Jay!

The reaction to the introduction of a man was notable. Your recovery was smooth and
professional.

I want the other students, such as myself, to notice that Jay is a glutton for punishment here. I
would have rejected this one almost as fast as I would have rejected TC, thought for different
reasons. I am just going to accept that Jay is simply showing us how to deal with a girlfriend or
wife who is difficult. This would be another of those lessons in trouble shooting. You have to be
prepared to shift gears in order to tailor your sessions to the individual you are working with.

The return to a deepener was timed well to my way of thinking. Remember trance is not static, it
can ebb either way, deeper or surfacing, so you have to watch for it. If you are not paying
attention, you can waste your time and hers. Any time you even suspect she is floating up toward
leaving trance, throw in a five to one count and take her back down, or use another deepener of
your choosing.

I had to throw a big correction to my wife today. Her cooperation levels got too low. Never be
afraid to gently, if possible, correct your subject. Of course, sometimes we do it simply to gain
compliance. Compliance is mandatory in hypnosis. If you let that slip you are making problems
for yourself. Watch a street hypnotist as they move a subject to and fro for seemingly no reason.
There is a reason! They are getting or testing compliance. Without it, not a whole lot is likely to
go right.

By no means a spectacular session, but it was not bad. Not if you have watched the disaster
known as TC.

Remember, for these videos, Jay has intentionally damn near hamstrung himself. With a partner
or willing subject who knows going in the basics of what you are going to do, it will be far easier
to work this process with them. Provided of course the basics are all in place. Willingness,
compliance and so forth included. Here they have no idea going in. Jay never told them it was
hypnosis, not that there would be orgasms involved or pretty much anything else you would
normally relate to a subject in advance. Did I mention that Jay is a glutton for punishment? LOL

Great suggestions, Markus. And yes, that’s correct. If I can prepare my students for
shitshow sessions, they’ll be far more likely to knock it out of the park when working
with a happy and compliant partner.
