Description of myself:
Masters (M.Tech) in Machine design from mechanical engineering department at Indian Institute of Technology,
Kharagpur with qualitative professional experience in Technical Support, CTS Service, Customer centre
experience, Product Development, Design and CAE R&D Services
Experience/skills:
1. Hand on experience in servicing and in depth product knowledge of Screw and Piston compressor
2. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issue of OIS and Piston compressor
3. Find the root cause and guide the product company for any deviation from performance standard
4.Responsible for reporting service or product quality problem to product company including suggestion on
causes of problem and creating countermeasures to resolve the problems
5. Design and analysis the compressor experience as per the standard API-RP, ASME, AISC and DNV
6. FEA analysis of all the compressor components and correlation with the test results if available
7. Analytical Calculation to calculate the load, bearing calculation, Road load and other calculation as per the
standards

Knowledge / Education:
1. Master's in Mechanical engineering with specializaion in Machine Design from India Top most insititute IIT
kharagpur

My present job/mission:
1. Provide technical support to service engineer through proper documentation and resolve complex field issue
for increase the customer satisfaction
2. Perform root cause analysis and analyze situation and make decision and provide immediate feedback to keep
machine active and running
3.Commercial thinking to maximize the profitability of service business
4.Conduct regular training on CP product size I range, Provide and develop technical training to CP and dealer
engineers. 5.
Report service or product quality problem to product company including suggestion on causes of problem and
creating countermeasures to resolve the problems,
6. Safety – Maintain a safe working environment while working and developing procedures
7. Maintain documentation records relevant to this training, Provide accurate and up to date service information
related to the product range.
