at the top handle/racket neck.

B. Excecuting the forehand drive

The motion of forehand drive can be divided into four components:
i) Backswing
When the ball comes to the forehand side, one must move the opposite leg
forward while the non-dominant hands pointing at the ball. This will leave the body
in a sideway position when approaching the ball. The racket will be at the back of
the body creating the backswing position.

ii) Racket swing

From the backswing position, swing the racket towards the ball in a circular motion.
Make contact with the ball while the racket is accelerating through the circular
motion.

iii) Follow through

Right after making contact will the ball, guide the ball forward by keep swinging
the racket to complete the circular motion. Assist the movement by turning the
waist to the other side. Swing the racket until the racket reaches the farthest point
from the body.

iv) Square
After completing the follow through, catch the racket with the other hand and rest
the racket on the shoulder of the non-dominant side. Lift the back foot forward until
the body back to the ease position. Bring back the racket to the front at ready
position and wait for the next hittings
