RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING TO THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT
PROGRAM (ABYIP) FOR CY 2019 OF BARANGAY BIBIRAO, DAET, CAMARINES NORTE

WHEREAS, RA 10742, Section 20 (‘c) provides that “all SK funds shall be allocated in an annual budget, and if the funds
allow, in a supplemental budget in accordance with the adopted ABYIP. Both the CBYDP and ABYIP shall give priority to programs,
projects and activities that will promote and ensure the equitable access to quality education, environmental protection, climate
change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, health, including health services and
adolescent sexual and reproductive health, anti-drug
abuse, gender sensitivity, sports development, and capability building which emphasizes leadership
training”;
WHEREAS, there are projects and activities that could arise unexpectedly from national and local agencies which are not included
or budgeted in the Approved ABYIP;

WHEREAS, for the sustainable growth and development of the community, there are additional programs and projects which
should be considered to be part of the SK Comprehensive Barangay Youth Investment Plan.

WHEREAS, the plan contains programs, projects, and activities which serve as primary inputs to budgeting and implementation of
projects for the growth and development of the youth;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Supplemental Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) For CY 2019 of Barangay
Bibirao, Daet, Camarines Norte is as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad ROMEO MANALO duly seconded by SK

Kagawad JAY AR ABIHAY and concurred in by all SK Members present, be it resolved, as it hereby
resolved to adopt the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) for CY 2019 -
2021 of Barangay BIBIRAO Daet, Camarines Norte;

 RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished the Punong Barangay,
Sangguniang Barangay of BIBIRAO Commission on Audit (COA); Municipal Accountant’s Office;
Municipal Budget Office, Local Youth Affairs Development Office (LYADO), Sangguniang Kabataan
Municipal Federation (SKMF) and DILG Daet, Camarines Norte for their information.
