Infrastructure – Observations and Recommendations
Ground Floor
• Currently rooms are smelly & damp. Needs proper cleaning and ventilation.
• Fuse is not working and is of old model. Recommend to replace entire
infrastructure with ELCB / RCCB. If not possible, can use MCB.
• Provision made for electrical infrastructure, but no wiring done yet.
• Wiring provision not made for ACs, fans and lights yet.
• DG and other facilities to be provided by vendor and kept in first floor.
• Ground floor is below road level. Adequate safety measures to be provided
for protection against rodents, snakes and water logging.
• 2 rooms & 2 halls available. 1 hall for dining and 1 for storage area proposed.

Infrastructure – Observations and Recommendations
First Floor
• A/Cs capacity in cabins to be increased from 1 to 1.5 ton and from 1.5 to 2 ton.
• MCB provision is for 12 switches, currently only 10 are in use.
• Plans for installation of cubicles for approx. 20 staff in office. Need installation
of 4 x 1.5 ton ACs in common area with adequate supplementary lighting.
• 2 bedroom (last) + 1 office (front) + 3 rooms (available) for office staff.
• Provision for 1 emergency fire exit via steel staircase through behind room.
• Behind room can be used to store UPS/ DG and create a washroom.
• 2 toilets needed - 1 on first floor and 1 on second including female washroom.
• More lights and furniture needed in common cubicle area.
• Provision for ventilation in bottom and first floor. Currently rooms are smelly.
• Common room to be converted to meeting room with projectors.

Second Floor
• Space for Mess / Dining room for 30 staff seems inadequate.
• Complementary structures needed to be built on terrace.
• Boundary wall height to be increased for safety as per standard.
• ACs and other infrastructure provision to be made in 2nd floor.

Ancillary Infrastructure
• Dirty talab near building, mitigation measures to be put in place.
• Stairs too steep at entrance. Recommendation to decrease step height.
• Provision to be made for accommodation and car parking area near office.
