Annotated bibliography guidance:

For this assessment you will write a critical evaluation of two specific journal articles and
one book chapter and outline how they contribute to your understanding of the
development of strategic and sustainable HR and decent work.
There are two main sections to the annotated bibliography:
 the bibliographical information (the reference for each article)
 the explanatory paragraphs (the annotation where you critically assess each
article).
The bibliographical information must be correct using the APA reference style.
The explanatory paragraphs must provide:
1. a summary of the main arguments or ideas presented by the author
2. an evaluation of how useful you found the source in relation to the topic it
addresses strength and weakness based on research
3. a reflection on how you anticipate the source can assist you in developing your
understanding of strategic HR, sustainable HR, or the development of decent
work for this unit
References: The referencing format for the reference list on this assessment is APA.
