Refer to national or state laws/ legislation on
Discrimination and Human Rights in India.

4. Definitions
Unlawful discrimination-
Treating someone less favourably than another in
similar circumstances, based on a prohibited ground
(as listed in 2.4).

Harassment -
Any form of behaviour including Sexual Harassment
that offends, intimidates, humiliates or embarrasses
another person.

Sexual Harassment -
As defined in the attached Sexual Harassment
Policy.
