Recently every is exhausted by preparing midterm exams. I feel easier than before
after I tried y new studying strategies. Following are some suggestions for those feel
tired and unable to perform well in the exam.

First, don't wait until the last minute to begin studying, as this can lead to feelings of
overwhelm and result in poor performance on the exam. Instead, create a study plan
that allows you to review the material over several days or weeks leading up to the
exam.

Another helpful strategy is to identify the key concepts and topics that are likely to be
covered on the exam, and focus your studying on those areas. Review your notes,
textbook, and any other relevant materials, and make sure you understand the
material thoroughly. You may also want to create flashcards, practice problems, or
other study aids to help you memorize important information.

Finally, be sure to take care of your physical and mental health during the exam
preparation period. Get plenty of rest, exercise, and eat healthy foods to keep your
body and mind in top shape. And don't forget to take breaks and engage in activities
that you enjoy, such as spending time with friends or practicing a hobby, to help
reduce stress and maintain a positive mindset.
