     Petition for Certiorari seeking the annulment of the March 8, 1988, resolution, June 20, 1989
    resolution, and June 15, 1990 Order of the Sandiganbayan entitled Republic of the Philippines v.
    Eduardo Cojuangco, et. Al
     March 8, 1988, resolution- Sandiganbayan denied the Motion for Reconsideration filed by Maria
    Clara Lobregat et. Al, denying their request to present evidence on certain issues in their Motion
    to Dismiss dated October 5, 1988
     June 20, 1989, resolution – Sandiganbayan denied the Motion to Dismiss filed by the defendants
     June 15, 1990, Order – Sandiganbayan ruled that the BOD appointed by PCGG shall operate the
    COCOFED
     1971 – RA 6260 (Coconut Investment Act) was enacted creating the Coconut Investment
    Corporation to accelerate the development of the coconut industry
     Coconut Investment Fund was also created to finance the CIC, that was to be funded with
    collections from levy
