“Promotion”

Advertisement of the products will be posted on Facebook Page, which will

reach a hundred of people or more than that. Also, posters will be posted

near in schools or public places where target people will see and visit the

shop.

In grand opening of the shop, there will be posted teaser of the product and

the location as early before the opening of the shop in the Facebook Page.
“Place”

The place or location of the shop will be near in the school and población

area which is public places where more people visits there and a path way of

people.

I choose this location or place, because it is a path way of people and cars.

Also, it is near in school which is the Pantao Ragat Agro-Industrial High

School and Pantao Ragat Cental School and also there is a lot of houses

near in the site that concludes my target people or customers.


“People”
Qualification of the Staff:

Positions of every staff is qualified if they are known how to manage,

prepare, skilled, flexible ad responsible.

Manager – the owner of the Shop, but knows how to manage a Snacks Shop.

Cooker – Knows how to coke the snacks.

Tea Maker – Knows how to make Tea’s and prepare.

Services Crew – who serves the foods and order in the shop.

Driver – who delivers the order of customer in their perspective locations.


“Process”
Bubble Milk Tea
- Raw material of this product is ordered and purchased in the Malls or
in a Company.
Process:
Put the one teabag of green tea in a hot water
In a mixer grinder put the ½ cup of bubble tea powder together with the
green tea.
In the cup put some sugar syrup design it in the edges of the cup and
add ½ cup tapioca pearls.
Put the mixed bubble tea and green tea in the cup.
Add a milk the top and toppings if there is add on’s.
After that, seal it with the cap and serve.

Fruit Tea
- Raw material of this product is ordered and purchased in the Malls or
in a Company.
Process:
Put the green tea in hot water
Get a cup and put the hot green tea after 3 mins wait for its cool.
Put a 2 teaspoon of kiwi syrup and 3 tablespoons of honey, mix and
shake it will.
After that, seal it with the cap and serve.

French Fries (example of different snacks)


- Raw material of this product is ordered and purchased in the Malls or
in a Company.
Process:
Putting the raw material (200grams of French Fries) in the hot oil and
wait for 15-20 minutes to have the cooked French fries. Put the cooked
French Fries in the plate and serve it.

The food will serve in the shop and also will be delivered via delivery and

serve for pick-up.
