1、概述：
船用 CGW 系列无堵塞排污泵系电动直立式管道型单通道叶
轮离心排放泵（简称排污泵）。
该系列泵适用于输送含有直径为泵直径 1/2 的固体物块和含
有长度为泵口径 5 倍的纤维材料，温度在 85℃以下的生活污水、
工业废水、油污水；淡水或海水。是污水处理设备的最佳配套泵。

2、结构与特点：
2.1、结构（见附图）：
a、该系列泵由：泵体、后泵体、叶轮、锁紧螺栓、密封装置
及电机等组成。
b、该系列泵为直式；电机在上端、泵在下部，泵与电机连为
一体，泵采用封闭式单通道叶轮、叶轮直接与电机输出轴连接。
泵内腔采用双密封形式。
c、泵的进出水口均采用船用标准四进位四孔法兰与外连接。
2.1、特点
该系列泵具有排污能力强、密封性能好、耐腐蚀、高效节能
等特点。

1.General Description
CGW series clog-free marine sump pump is a motor-driven Vertical
pipeline single-channel impeller centrifugal drainage pump(referred to
as “sump pump”).
The pumps of this series are suitable for transferring sewage,industrial
waste water,oily water,fresh water or sea water at a temperature below
85℃，containing solids with a diameter up to one half of that of the
pump port,and fibers with a length up to five times of that of the
ports.They are the best choice for use in conjunction with waste water
treatment plants.

2.Construction and Features
2.1 Construction (See attached diagram)
a.This pump consists of the body,rear body,impeller, Locking nut,seals
and motor.
b.This pump is of Vertical type.The pump is integrated with the motor,
motor In the top,pump in the bottom.A single-channel open impller is
used,which is directly connected to the output shaft of the motor.
c.The inlet and outlet of the pump are connected to the external
pipings through quaternary four-hole flanges.
2.2Features
This pump features a high draining capacity,effective sealing,
corrosion resistance,high efficiency and energy saving.

3、主要零配件材料选用
a、泵体、后泵体采用铸铁、内外表面均涂耐腐蚀漆。
b、叶轮采用不锈钢制成
c、轴封采用硬质合金配碳化硅机械密封圈。

5、按装说明（尺寸见附图表）
本系列泵为管道型非自吸式，介质为带有固体杂质的污水。
因而安装时泵体中心线必须低于抽吸介质液面以下。进排水管直
径应大于或等于泵口直径，并尽量减小弯头。否则会影响泵性能。
泵底座必须用螺栓固定。
6、使用及维护
泵首次启动前，应检查所接电源与泵电机电制相符。
打开进排水管阀门。开机启动，启动时应检查泵的转向应与
泵壳上的标记指向一致，否则应给予调整。
如果发现泵有泄漏，应及时停机检查，关闭阀门，以免烧坏
电机。必要时更换密封圈。
泵不得空运转，以免烧坏密封圈。

 3.Material of Main Parts

outside surface corrosion-resistant paint.
b. impeller is made of Stainless steel.
c.The mechanical seals for shaft sealing are made in special material.

5.Description of Installation (see attached diagram for dimension)

CGW series is a non-self sucking pipeline pump and the pumped
fluids will be waste Waer with solid impurities.Therefore the pump
must be installed with the centerline of its body below the fluid
level.The inlet and outlet pipings should be no smaller than the pump
ports in diameter and the mumber of bends kept to the minimum.
Otherwise the performance of the pump will be affected.The base of
the pump must be anchored with the bolts.The four set bolts of the
body can be loosened for adjustment of the outlet nozzle in
upward,Downward,leftward and rightward directions.
6. Use and maintenance
Open the inlet and outlet valves.Switch on and start the unit and check
the pump rotates in the direction pointed by the arrow mark on the
casing. Otherwise adjustment should be mode.In case of pump
leakage,the unit should be stopped and valves closed immediately for

 泵长时间不用，应拆下清洗干净。并注意拆装时机械密封圈
两密封面不得碰损，装回时应涂上适量润滑油，妥善保存。

 inspection so that the motor will not be damaged.Replace seal rings if
necessary.
The pump shall not run idle in order not to damage the seal rings.
The pump should be dismantled and cleaned if it is to be kept on the
shelf for a long period of time.During disassembly and assembly,care
should be used so that the seating surfaces of the mechanical seals will
be kept intact.
The mechanical seals should be coated with adequate lubricant and
preserved properly before being replaced.
