Job requirements are qualifications and skills necessary for a certain position.

Job requirements are usually written in form of a list that contains the most


important qualifications that a candidate must possess in order to be able to perform certain job
duties.

These qualifications include:

 Work experience - types and amounts (years) of work experience


 Skills (soft skills and/or technical skills)
 Specific knowledge
 Education level and type
 Professional licenses, accreditations and certifications
 Personal qualities and attributes
 Languages
 Physical abilities.

2. Internal mobility

Internal mobility is the movement of employees (vertically and laterally) to new career and
development opportunities within the same organization. This includes promotions, demotions,
new positions, mentorships, cross-team or additional projects, job shadowing, and job swaps.

Self-confidence is important for success as it provides you with the belief in your skills to

5. Safety training
Safety training describes the set of activities aimed at providing workers with the
knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and effectively. This type of training
seeks to inform persons of the hazards and risks associated with various work activities
and instructs them on how to identify, report, and address workplace incidents .

6. Vestibule training
The term “vestibule training” refers to a training method that focuses on imparting job
education training to skilled personnel or those workers who need to deal with machinery
and equipment of the company in a location other than the primary manufacturing plant.
7. Apprenticeship training
skill enhancement programme that comprises both theoretical instruction and practical on-
the-job training to help participants develop proficiency and grow as professionals. This
training can last between six months to four years, depending on the apprenticeship and the
employer. A participant in the programme, known as an apprentice, receives a stipend from
the employer, which can increase throughout the duration of the training per prevalent
policies.

8. Training effectiveness
Training effectiveness refers to the impact that a training intervention has as
measured by the achievement of the goals set before the training intervention.  To
enable the assessment of whether the training was effective or not the goals for the
training intervention must be agreed upon upfront.

the systematic process of analyzing training programs to ensure that it is delivered effectively and
efficiently; it identifies training gaps and even discovers opportunities for improving training
programs

A training method in which a more experienced or skilled individual provides an
employee with advice and guidance intended to help develop the individual's skills,
performance and career

employees are called to the room like that of classroom to give training by trainer in the form
of lectures. This method is effectively used for the purpose of teaching administrative
aspects or on management subject to make aware of procedures and to give instructions on
particular topic

13. Simulation

The simulation Method of training is most famous and core among all of the job training
methods. in the simulation training method, trainee will be trained on the especially designed
equipment or machine seems to be really used in the field or job. But, those equipment or
machines are specifically designed for training a trainees were making them ready to handle
them in the real field or job. This method of planning is mostly used where very expensive
machinery or equipment used for performing Job or to handle that job.
14.Case Method
It is a written description of an actual situation in the past in same organisation or
somewhere else and trainees are supposed to analyze and give their conclusions in writing.
This is another excellent method to ensure full and whole hearted participation of employees
and generates good interest among them. Case is later discussed by instructor with all the
pros and cons of each option. It is an ideal method to promote decision-making abilities
within the constraints of limited data.

14. In Basket Training

The in-basket exercise is designed to assess a candidate's adaptive thinking,


problem-solving, judgement, administrative abilities, planning, organising, delegating,
and integrative skills while dealing with memos, e-mails, requests, messages,
handwritten notes, and other items while under pressure.
