Activity Hazard Who is at risk? How will you reduce the risk?
Rooftop Shot Slip/FALL The shot will be done at edge of a rooftop
HAZARD Cast so it is absolutely imperative that safety
precaution are put in place.
Have 2 people stand behind the actor ready to catch
him incase he falls.

Getting to rooftop Slip/trip/Fall Cast and Crew Fences will have to be jumped and ladders will ave
hazard to climbed. So everyone will have to pay extra
attention when clibing surfaces.
Also to minimize risk the shooting will take place on
a dry day.
