wishing to study overseas. IDP respects your privacy and collects your personal details to allow us to:

Respond to your enquiries about study opportunities, applying to undertake a course of study
abroad, and related visa matters
Preparing for or sitting the IELTS test;
Register you with a service offered by IDP (e.g. the Graduate Recruitment Service); and
Register you to participate in an event organised, managed or presented by IDP

By providing your personal information to us you understand that:

Your data will be transferred outside of your country of residence to allow us to provide our

services to you.

We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties such as (a) overseas institutions; (b)

English language testing providers (c) provide administrative or other services to us to operate

our business (d) regulators, government departments and agencies; (e) law enforcement

agencies. We will only do so a legitimate purpose.

We will contact you using the contact details you provide, to assist with your enquiry, invite you

to participate in research, and let you know about IDP events, promotions or exhibitions. We will

not contact you about our other services without your consent.

When attending an IDP event, we will disclose the registration information you provide to the

University and Institution partners that are participating in the event.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Fall Intake (September) – 1 January to 30 March
Winter Intake (January) – 30 June
*We recommend students apply at least 1 year before the commencement of intake. Do note that deferment is
case-by-case and at most times may not be allowed.
