    Over the course of several months, a bathroom renovation project was undertaken that involved removing the old sink, vanity, shower head, tub, and walls. New plumbing lines and water shutoff valves were installed, as well as a new shower base, walls, and drain location. Electrical boxes, switches, and outlets were added. Insulation and drywall were put in place with openings cut for fixtures. Mudding and taping finished the project.

    Took down all the wall hanging

    Shut off water to the sink

    Removed the sink and vanity

    Removed shower head and tub spigot

    Removed shower walls and tub

    Added new water shutoff valves to shower water lines

    October 15, 8am - 5pm /October 16, 12pm - 4pm

    Removed sheet rock

    October 29 - 30, 8 am - 4 pm

    Cut out old tub / shower drain, and removed drain to new location

    November 5 - 6, 8am - 4pm, 11am - 4pm

    Built frame for shower and insulated the stud wall of shower enclosure

    November 12, 8am - 3pm, November 13, 12pm - 3pm

    Installed the shower base and shower walls

    December 3 - 4, 8am - 6pm, 12pm - 3 pm

    Installed new electrical boxes

    Light switch

    Light outlet

    Receptacle box

    Exhaust fan housing

    Ran romex between boxes and fixtures

    Decmber 10 - 11, 8am - 1pm


    Insulated the rest of the stud wallls

    Installed sheet rock, cutting out around the electrical and plumbing openings coming out of the stud walls

    Holesawed sheet rock for lights

    March 18-19 8am - 3pm
