DEED OF DONATION

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive his/her creditors, and
that he/she has reserved for himself/herself sufficient funds and property;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in his/her favor by the DONOR,
and hereby manifests his/her gratefulness for the latter's generosity.
