consent, and with clause G12 of the Building Regulations
I hereby certify that I have personally tested the water supply system by the method indicated below:

AS/NZS 3500 1:2015 Water services, clause 18.3.1

AS/NZS 3500 4:2015 Heated water service, clause 9.3
