a.Sundarban is the largest mangrove forest in the world.
b.The Sundarban was declared a UNESCO heritage site in 1997.
c.This forest helps to protect the coast from storm and tidal waves.
d.In the forest, there are live the world famous Royal Bengal tiger, chitra
deer and birds.
e.Sundarban is located in the south-west of Bangladesh.

4.Ans:The five sentences of Cox’s Bazar are given below:


a. Cox’s Bazar is situated in Cox’s Bazar district in Chattagram division.
b.The beach 125 kilometres along the coast of the Bay of Bengal.
c.There are green hills and waterfalls in Coz’s Bazar.
d.To the south of Cox’s Bazar is the island of St Martin, the only coral
island in Bangladesh.
e.Cox’s Bazar beach is the longest sandy beach in the world.

5.Ans: The five sentences of Kuakata are given below:

a. It is located in Barishal division, almost 320 kilometres south of the


capital city.
b.There is also a 100 years old Buddhist temple.
c.It is the only sea beach in Bangladesh where tourists can see both sunrises
and sunsets from the same spot.
d.Kuakata is called ’Sagar Kanya” meaning daughter of the sea because of
its natural beauty.
e.100 years old Kuakata is a holy place for Hindus and the Buddhist.
