Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with a background in luxury hotels and resorts
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree certificate/completed.
• Must be familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotels/resort operating departments
• Good all-around knowledge of property operations and building maintenance in a remote property - generators, electrical, refrigeration,
desalination, air-conditioning, etc.
• Experience working in a multicultural team including working in an isolated resort environment
• Successfully managed/lead a team of at least 60 people with multicultural backgrounds.
